What Could Dizziness, Loss Of Appetite, Tight Feeling In Stomach Indicate?

for about 3 weeks now i've been feeling sick and dizzy nearlly all day long, i've lost my appetite and have been getting a tightness feeling in my stomach, I would go and see my doctor but everytime i do they send me for a blood test and it comes back normal but i know there is something wrong.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms could be suggestive of dyspepsia and if this is so then nothing would come in testing neither such condition needs anything in medicine but it is the self limiting one just take care in diet, have liquid diet for a day, bed rest these would bring the freshness else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
