What Could Dizzy Spells With Vomiting Suggest?

im not sure what is happening to me, i lay down in bed and when i look to the right side my head starts spinning really fast and my eyes are moving alone with my brain, but when i lay down and look to the left side its not so bad and then everything is fine. i also feel like im going to vomit but nothing is comming up

Hello,

How old are you? Since when you're suffering from this problem? Are you suffering from nystagmus or squint? Any history of cold or cough? Until examination, is done it is difficult to say what it is. Possible causes are benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) or vestibular neuronitis or acute labyrinthitis with nystagmus. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
