What Could Dry Metallic Taste In Mouth & Palpitations Suggest?

Hi, my name is Billy Angel Gonzalez, I am going through a situation right now very uncomfortable. I have my mouth with a wear metallic taste and dry with head pain in front of my eyes and palpitations that are not letting me sleep, like an extreme worry or something like that. This afternoon went to a foot Doctor and they took my pressure and ring up a 150/90. Do have to worry?

Hi,thanks for the query to HCM.
Dear,Based on the facts of your report,you seem to have Sinusitis infection or sore throat with it.
Metallic taste seems to be from the accompanied infection and head ache again is from sinus infection -from a systemic or a local sinus cause.
Your high systolic Bp and your palpitations are the systemic effects of the accompanied sinus infection.
Take antibiotics/ painkillers/ antipyretics with your Gp doctor and this would relive all your issues.Check with Ent specialist if no relief/ or problem persists.
So Don't worry at all.
