What Could Dull Pain And Spasms In Lower Abdomen After Childbirth Indicate?
I have a dull pain in my lower left abdomen next to my hip, I have had this pain on and off for a few weeks now. Also I am getting rather loud rumbling noises and what feels like twitches/spasms in the same area. Passing gas seems to relieve the pain although this may be from me tensing that seems to give a feeling of relief. I had a baby 12 weeks ago and have a history of uti's. This pain is similar to a uti but I feel is not related. My height is 5ft 4in and I weigh 9st 8lb my age is 25. Thanks
