What Could Explain Bruise On Hip With A Lump On It With Diarrhea And Vomiting?
I have a 15 month old and yesterday I noticed a bruise on his hip and it has a lump in it. When I touched felt the bruise it foes seem to be causing pain. Also never noticed him hurt himself or fall so I'm not sure where it's come from either. This morning he woke up and vomited and had sever diarrhea . Know that could be a coincidence but I'm worried.

I highly suggest to send your baby to ER as soon as possible. Although you do not recall him falling, your baby might have been suffered severe fall or trauma, giving such bruising and lump and vomiting.
Further evaluation of vital organs is needed together with specific treatment for hip lump.
