What Could Explain Excesive Hunger In A Child?

is it normal for my 3 yro to always be hungry? she eats breakfast, but then says she is hungry. the past few days she has been eating 3-4 apples and bananas because she keeps saying she is hungry, she can finish a meal and then 5 mins later say she is hungry again. is this normal? could this be a growth spurt?

It is normal.Kids grow and they will feel not hungry when they are overload stomach. Give to you child tea after meal,stomach will full and baby will not be hungry. Follow also proteins diet.
