What Could Explain The Tenderness And Pain Experienced In Knees, Back, Arms And Hips?

yesterday morning i went to put my hands on my hips, well a little higher, more like my sides and it hurt horribly. from about the middle of my back all the way down to the back of my knees now and even the back of my upper arms feels like its bruised. i litterally feel like someone has taken a baseball bat and beaten me for hours but i have done nothing to cause this pain that i know of. i havent fallen or done any extra exercising or anything. the pain is weird, unlike anything i've ever felt. it doesnt really hurt to use my muscle but as soon as anything touches my skin i want to cry. even something as little as my shirt touching my back kills me but its not my skin thats hurting either. it's not like a rash or anything, its a little deeper but doesnt really feel like the muscle either. im not really sure how else to explain it other than feeling bruised

Hi
It could be generalized myalgia and arthralgia. It can be caused by a viral fever.Temperature wont be present everytime. You should have a routine blood examination with platelet count. You can have acetaminophen 650mg but not more than 2000mg per day.Even in hypercholesteremia and hypertension can cause symptoms like this.So you should rule out that also.Hope this may help you.
thanks
