What Could Fatigue And Food Cravings While On Weight Loss Diet Indicate?

i do work long hours but i do seem to exceptionally tired more worn out than sleepy tired. i am peeing alot having to get up in the night to pee, i have been on a slimming world diet for 18 months lost nearly 8.5 stone enjoy all the meals the fruits etc but all of a sudden cant help but crave sweet foods all the time then worry about it as i dont want to put any of my lost weight back on , whats wrong with me

Weight loss programmes consists intake of low calorie foods which are lack of healthy nutrients that are required for the normal body functions, this leads to low levels of glucose, sodium in the body, causing electrolyte imbalance and hormonal imbalance too, imbalances in the hormones like cortisol, leptin, adiponectin, ghrelin will lead to foid cravings. Low sodium and low glucose in the body cause severe fatigue .
Have a healthy and balanced diet that includes complex carbohydrates, high proteins, healthy fats.get regular physical activity.
