What Could Fatigue, Nausea And Spotting Weeks After Stopping Depo Shots Indicate?

I have been nauseated and vomiting for about a week. tender in lower pelvic area, and feeling tired and just wanting to take a nap during the middle of the day or while im busy cooking or cleaning. I spotted for about a week after being off the depo shot for about 3-4 months. what does this mean

Hi..if you are not on any contraception now and it has been more than 3 months since your last injection, please get a urine pregnancy test done by yourself at home..
If negative, get a urine routine microscopic examination done alongwith a gynecological examination to rule out any pelvic infection as it may also cause similar symptoms..
and simultaneously i would advise you to please use condoms with or without anyother contraceptive method..to prevent transmission of infection if it exists..
