What Could Fetus's Femur Measuring Small Indicate?
I am 35 weeks pregnant, I had an ultrasound today and my doctor just called and said that my daughters femur is measuring a little small. I have had a few ultrasounds, last one was the end of August around 28 weeks, and everything was measuring fine then. What could this mean?

A small fetal femur indicates a growth or developmental hinderance. Although at times, there can be a slight drop from normal and later return back to normal. I would request you to revisit your doctor for a repeat ultrasound in a few weeks time.
