What Could Foul Odor Post Periods Suggest?

I am an American living outside of the US....and would rather get advice from an American doctor. I'm a 43 year old female who just finished my period about 3 days ago. I'm having a really foul odor and still a pinkish discharge after having stopped my flow days ago. The odor is significant and I'm beginning to be concerned. I'm not experiencing any pain or itching. I have had endometriosis for about 7 years now but had a laparoscopy a year ago which was successful in treating the symptoms.
Please advise.
