What Could Frequent Headaches, Stiff Neck And Sharp Pain On Top And Sides Of The Head Indicate?

I have had a headache for the last three weeks on and off. It consists of a stiff neck and one or two sharp pains at the top and side of my head, and has a bit of a tight feeling. It does not restrict my life or keep me awake. Thankyou for your time.
