What Could Frequent Urge Of Uriantion In A Child Only In Certain Situations Indicate?

My son seems to take a lot of bathroom breaks. The thing about it is that it only happens when we go out and its either in the store or in his catechism class. I will make him go to the bathroom before we leave the house but he always has to go again as soon as we get there. But, I have noticed that when we are home or he is playing he doesn t go to the bathroom often. What could be going on?
