What Could Frequent Urination, Light Pinkish Spotting After Having Unprotected Sex Suggest?
I recently had unprotected sex and it s been 6 days and i keep having to use the bathroom, and when i wipe sometimes there is light pinkish blood spotting on the tissue. Any idea what this could possibly mean? I looked it up but there is no burning or odor or itching.
Hi. Thanks for the query. May I know your age & whether this is the first instance of unprotected intercourse or you have had previous unprotected sexual encounters also? have you ever been treated for sexually transmitted disease (STD) before? Based on your description, these are definitely symptoms of sexually transmitted infection. There are many organisms causing STD & a bacteria named gonococci (common culprit) may be cause of your symptoms. Hence get in touch with your doctor, get yourself tested for STD including HIV!! for your own healths sake & do not hesitate to undergo a complete course of treatment for STD. In future always practice safe sex. Good Luck
