What Could Gushing Vaginal Discharge After Menopause Indicate?

I m not sure what is going on or why this is happening. Sat I ve noticed a big gush coming from my vagina while sitting.So I didn t think nothing of it until Sunday when I kept waking up going to the washroom with soaked undies and not so pleasant smell. I had to wash up several times to keep the odor down. later that day while sitting I keep getting soaked. I have to wear a pad all day to prevent from wetting through my clothes. why is this happening. haven t had a period since March of this year due to menopause.

Hi, I think you should consult a gynecologist for pelvic examination. It can be due to some cervical pathology. You may need to do a paps smear or if any cervical growth is seen, it may need a biopsy. It can also happen due to some infections. You may need some antibiotics.
