What Could Happen If A Person Eats Dryfruits Which Are Expired?
Hi there, I'm Dee,i just want to ask how do the expiration dates on walnuts and other nuts affect our heath...i have a bag of walnuts stored in the refrigerator and its two months passed its expiration date. but before its expiration date came to last, i roasted them and stored in the refrigerator. then after the said couple of months stored in the refrigerator,i tasted some of it, and still it tastes the same and there are no molds present on it.are those walnuts still safe to eat?thanks a lot and more power to you=) God bless.

No it is not good to eat after expiry . because walnut contain n3 n6 which are fatty acis with time these bonds can react. It is not at all safe to use expiry walnut. Plz don't eat them throw away. Any food after expiry either starts with fungus development or with other changes. Chemical reactions in food start reacting so avoid eating food after expiry. You can consult dietitian nearby .
