What Could Hard And Painful Bowel Movements Indicate?

After having my 1st child 9 months ago I have had issues with it hurting when I poop. It is not with every bowel movement but most predomenately harder ones. Sometime it takes me a while to poop because it hurts but it has never stopped me from going to the bathroom. Is there anything I can do at home for this or should I go to the doctor and should it be my obgyn or regular doctor?

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear where your getting pain during bowel movements??

is it in the abdomen?? is it in the perianal area??
If it is at perianal area it may be due to spicy food or due to fissure or external hemorrhoids.

If it is in the abdomen means irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease or food allergy.

Drink plenty of liquids, take high fibre diet and regular exercise. Use syrp cremaffine plus 30ml at night. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
