What Could Hard Lumps Inside Nostril Suggest?
I have a hard lump on the left side of my nose x a few weeks that is starting to seem to change the flow of air in that nostril. It isn t moveable,but feels as hard as bone,not cyst. I am 47 yr old female ,no facial surgery. Cannot see anything looking up the nostril

From history it seems that you might be having Deviated Nasal Septum and so protruding septum on one side might give bony feeling and seeing you looks like a bone.
Consult ENT surgeon and get examined.
