What Could Have Led To Bleeding During Ejaculation?

I masturbated in the shower and when I ejaculated it came out pretty fast almost like I pushed it out but I don't know if while I was too rough because when I was done I had a little blood come out of my penis this is the first time this has ever happened and I'm dreaming out

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have bleeding while masturbating .

This is mostly due to rough and vigorous handling of penis while masturbating causing trivial injury to urethral mucosa.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to drink more water.Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
