What Could Headache In Child Due To Falling Down Indicate?

Hi. My 2 1/2 year old fell off the couter 2 days ago. He cried and was responsive. Pupils looked fine. He has been pretty much normal since. He just woke up about an hour ago, though (rarely if ever wakes during the night) and was crying and holding his head. He was telling me to "kiss it." He was wanting me to kiss his head. I am now worried that he might have had more trauma in his fall than I originally thought. He went back to sleep with no problems within the hour.....but of course now I am panicked.

Thanks for the query.
If fall is from less than 2 feet, generally there is nothing to worry.
No vomiting after fall, pupils are normal, behaviour normal indicates normal activity.
It might be the anxiety which might have done this.
If you see some behavioural changes see a doctor and go for scan.
Thanks.
