Hello!

I read your question carefully and understand your concern.

All your symptoms may be related to a viral infection of the upper airways.

The hurting throat and ears are other arguments in favor of this diagnosis.

Have you measured your blood pressure during fainting? Low blood pressure can be caused by a viral infection and cause fainting, dizziness and headache.

The cold sweats can be caused by fever or an autonomic reaction to the pain or low blood pressure.

I recommend you to consult with your GP for a careful physical examination and perform a routine blood test for infection, kidney and liver function test and blood electrolytes, to exclude other causes. You should also regularly monitor your blood pressure in sitting and standing position.

I recommend you to take plenty of water and juices. Painkillers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen may be helpful for the headache.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Aida
