What Could Headache With Sore Neck And Legs Suggest?

I had a head ache earlier it was terrible,it made me cry then it went away but my head still hurt and the pain gets worst when i laugh and my legs feel like i just ran a marathon and my neck is sore can you tell me anything that could possibly be wrong with me

Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. Your headache syndrome appears to be caused by severe 'Tension type headache'(TTH) accompanied with severe anxiety.TTH can cause sometimes very severe headache,along with soreness in the neck.Pain in the legs may be a part of the anxiety spectrum.

No history of nausea,visual aura and throbbing type of headache goes against the possibility of migraine.There is no history of any focal deficit,thus likely ruling out secondary headache.

Please do mental relaxation exercises/Yoga and it should improve your headache.I hope this reply helps you.
