i am 19 weeks pregnant and i have a shiny clear and sometimes white discharge everytime i go to the bathroom but it doesnt smell should i be worried because with my previous baby i never discharged but this is alot of discharge not the normal pregnancy amount

In pregnancy , increase in vaginal discharge is normal. Mostly it is clear mucoid discharge.
* Excessive clear discharge indicate infection or stress to the part .( constipation, gasses, urine problems - increasing pressure in pelvis)
Management in such a case includes-
- relieving constipation/gasses/ urine problems.
- Local cleanliness-to avoid infection.
* In case it is accompanied by itching or burning in urination, it needs treatment.
