Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It can be acute urinary tract infection or sexually transmitted diseases.

Your urine routine microscopic examination and urine culture has to be done.

If needed USG abdomen scan should be done.

Check your CBC as well.

Antibiotic course should be prescribed for you.

Antibiotic chosen according to culture report.

Hope this will help you.

Take care.

Consult urologist for examination.
