What Could Inflammation & Tenderness In Lower Back Suggest?
Hello im a 28 yr male last night i fell back into my truck with my tail bone landing on my seat buckle when i woke today my lower back in that area is inflamed and tender prolonged periods of sitting become quite painful... is this something i need to go to the ER for or should i just take it easy and wait first?
