Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Breast infection is very unlikely in this age, more so in boys. If there was no any scratch / wound over there, the area is not red or hot to touch, and there is no any swelling or discharge, this need not be considered as infection. Just give him paracetamol for pain if needed. Avoid frequent manipulation. If not getting better in 2 days, we can evaluate further.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
