What Could Involuntary Shutting Of Right Eyelid Indicate?

For almost a year now (although it did stop for a couple if months during this year, but has began again), my right eyelid feels like it is drawing ... Not like a twitch, but literally pulls my eyelid down in a twitching motion but is uncontrollable and my lid closes. This happens very frequently every day, all day. It actually feels like the pulling comes from behind my eye

You are probably suffering from essential blepharospasm/ hemifacial spasm of the eyelid.Kindly consult oculoplastic surgeon and may require BOTOX inj.
