Hi I had a wee this morning and when I wipes I noticed blood on the tissue it was like an orange colour.i used the toilet again a few times wiped and nothing.but ive just been to the toilet again and there was blood on the wee.ive not had sex...ive had a period this month.i have a marina coil and had it in just over a year I had periods every month up untill November last year and they stopped.it got to march and ive started my periods again? Ive had a smear test and came back fine two months ago so what could this be I dont have cramps or anything. Please help.thank you
