What Could It Be If Had Bump Near The Tailbone Which Oozed Milky Discharge When Popped?

Hello...i have had a bump near my tailbone for almost a year now and just assumed it was some kind of pimple. Last night however it changed and was very big and felt like it has a knot. So i tried to pop it and a bead came out that was hard and milky clear in color. Any ideas what it may be?
