Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have the pain in the chest wall. The causes may be the muscle twitch, cervical spondylosis, or gastric irritation due to the irritant foods, or peptic ulcer, or chest infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance to bear the pain.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
