I have been in bed for 3 days now with a high temperature ( but im freezing cold), whole body trembles, diarea excruciating headache. When I stand up, for almost 10 seconds, My head feels like its going to explode and i almost fall over again. Im usually very fit and healthy. o you know what it could be?

You need an antipyretic medicines along with antibiotics to cure your diarrhea.You may be having fluid deficieny due to diarrhea so you take plenty of water containing salt and sugar ( e.g ORS solution). If blood pressure is low you may need intravenous drip. See your local doctor urgently.
