What Could It Be If Having Missed Periods, Bloody Mucous Discharge And HPT Is Negative?

Came off b/c last week of August. Had normal 28 day cycle in August and September then long 40 day cycle for October. October cycle was a short 3 days and not much more than spotting. Haven't had a period since and it's now February 10th. Had very light spotting (only noticeable when wiping) on October 10th, 12th, 15th, 18th, 19th, and 21st. I have taken hpt first of every month all with (-) results. Yesterday and today in having a fair amount of bloody mucous discharge. What seems to be going on with my body?

Hi. If you are having delayed periods and HPT negative, you should get your ultrasound done . It may be some ovarian cyst or polycystic ovaries or chronic ectopic, or simply dysfunctional uterine bleeding that might have caused this pattern.
So, first get a scan done before taking any medicine. Thanks.
