What Could It Be If Having Stuffy, Itchy Nose And Burning Throat Especially In The Evenings?

For about three weeks now towards evening and at nights i feel at times snuffy nose at times drainage from nose,itchy,burning throat,almost as if something is in it at times.And then every morning find myself blowing my nose and coughing up alot of flem. And pain on my right side midway down my back. But that pain started about a year ago,doctors say they dont know what it is after alot of test showed nothing. Whats wrong with me?

Symptoms of allergic rhinitis and sinusitis can overlap in patients.These symptoms are running nose,nasal congestion,postnasal drip.Itching over nose indicates more of allergic etiology.Examination by an ent specialist can confirm a diagnosis after adequate examination and investigations of nose.For the time being you can take an antihistamine like benadryl cold.
