What Could It Be If Suddenly Had Rapid Heart Beat And Difficulty In Breathing?
Today I experienced a serious issue. I was at work and I felt my heart start to beat extremely fast and it was hard for me to breathe. It scared me but then someone told me to drink water and take deep breaths. I did this but it didn't really seem to help. I was wondering if you could tell me what it is and how to help myself next time it happens. Thank you!

I can understand your problem, you did not mention your age and gender here it was required here, still I would advise you to go for cardiac evaluation to rule out the cardiac problem, it would be much better if you would state your age and gender, hope you could understand this bye.
