What Could Itchy Brown Spots In The Chest Suggest?

Hello doctor, recently. I noticed a brown spot on my chest. I don t know how it got there. The spot has grown bigger since the first day I saw it. It doesn t itch but it feels different from my skin. I read something online saying it formed due to stress? I m 19, college student. I just really want to know what is on my chest. Also there are new spots that I found near my under arm and my shoulder. The one that is getting boffer is the one on my chest. Please tell me what this is and how can I get rid of it.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate concern looking to the given history here I would like to say that this could be nonspecific hypersensitive reaction one option is there and that is wait and watch it may vanish on its own if this does not then it can be treated with the steroid preparation, but as a matter of fact as long as the skin lesion is concern it always demands the clinical examination it is kind of looking of art, have a nice day.
