Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

There are number of possibilities, after sex it is not uncommon to have itching on penis. Other possibilities include rough sex, allergic reactions or it also could be due to sexually transmitted infections. I suggest you to get a formal consultation from urologist and get tested for above things and treatment if needed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
