What Could Itchy, Random, Small Red Bumps All Around Tattooed Area On Stomach Indicate?

hello i just got a new tattoo on my belly right above my bikini line about a week ago now i have very small red bumps all round the tattooed area. they are spreading up to the middle of my stomach. they are itchy sometimes, they started out with three and after four days i have them in random spots all over my stomach. what is this and what do i do

As you are mentioning that the red bumps are appearing around the area of tattoo only and you also feel itchy, it looks like you are getting allergic reaction around the tattoo.
It will be better that you should visit a dermatologist earliest before it become worse.
