Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bartholinitis. For such condition i treat with antibiotics like clindamycin in form of vaginal suppository or oral tab.If there is any sign of yeast infection like cheesy discharge and itching associated with this i add clotrimazole also along with this.I also recommend my patients to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
