What Could Lead To Difficulty In Breathing And Loss Of Energy?

Hi,
I am having problems about twice a year where I lose all my energy and it is hard for me to walk and it also effects my breathing. I still want to do the things I do but I am unable to complete and sometimes start those task.

Feeling of frequent lower energy level and feeling drenched could possibly indicate Either Iron deficiency anemia or also possibility of chronic fatigue syndrome to be considered.
