What Could Lead To Heavy Feeling In Chest While Breathing?

A few days ago i started feeling ill....started with a fever, body aches, and tiredness....i figured it was a bug....as of yesterday fever is gone....i feel fine...excecpt now my chest if feeling a bit heavy when breathing....should i got to the doctor?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having post infectious bronchitis.
It is common after viral upper respiratory tract infection. And heaviness in chest, breathing difficulty etc are commonly seen in bronchitis.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis. It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Don't worry, you will be alright.
