So you are having diastolic hypotension. And it is common in COPD patients due to right sided heart failure. So possibility of right sided heart failure is more in your case. So consult your doctor and get done 2d echo to rule out heart failure. You may need diuretic and cardiac inotropic drugs too. Better control of COPD is also important. So take your inhalers timely.
