Finally after about 10mins I got up and the pain started going away I ve been week all day and afraid this may come back do you think I m okay? I have taken pain medication that my mother has give to me.
Hello Thanks for query. Based on your symptoms I think you have stone impacted either in lower part of Rt ureter or Kidney. You need to consult qualified Urologist and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis 1) Urine routine and Urine culture. 2)Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis.
In the mean while take antibiotics like Cefixime along with antispasmodic like Cyclopalm twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily.
Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
Ensure to drink more water this will help you to keep your dilute and reduce dysuria.
