What Could Loose And Grey Stools Indicate?

I recently had an episode of diarhhea that lasted a few days. I read online that things like bananas can help, and so I tried it, eating somewhere around 10 in a few days (I was desperate to get it over with) now that it s cleared up, my stool is still loose, and has a distinct grey color. I m wondering if it may be the from all the bananas or if it s something else?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of diarrhea of few days, tried banana as per online advise, 10 in a few days, stool is still loose.
I would advise you the following:
Send the sample of stool for test and if it shows infection, consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation and to give you a proper antibiotic cover, add on probiotics and get symptomatic and supportive therapy.
I find this answer helpful
