i have a lump under my right arm pit i have been keeping an eye on it but its getting bigger is about the size of and orange or apple, when i had my last d.o.t physical she notice a lump about the size of a dime on the left side of my rib cage. what could it be

Lump on right can be a sebaceous cyst and the one on the left side could be again a cyst .
Get examined clinically by a Surgeon and get operated before they go into complication like infection .
