What Could Lumps On Neck Post Collar Bone Surgery Suggest?

Several months ago my daughter had surgery to repair a badly broken collarbone and has been feeling fine for the last couple months. Today she started feeling some pain in the area and this evening we noticed a lump at the base of her neck near the collarbone with the thing above the lump protruding

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some enlarged cervical lymphnode or soft tissue tumor. Enlarged lymphnode may be due to tuberculosis or lymphoma or reactive lymphnode. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology of that lump.
Consult your doctor and take treatment according to your diagnosis.
