Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query lumps on throat with sore neck are indicative of viral infection. It could be due to enlarged tonsils but i would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. I would suggest Ultrasound and a simple needle biopsy from the lumps on throat to rule out any hidden cyst, fibroma or lymphoma. Need not to panic about it and go for FNAC ( Fine Needle aspiration cytology). Once a proper diagnosis have been diagnosed start treatment accordingly. Maintain oral hygiene. Avoid hot, sharp and spicy food.
Hope your concern has been resolved. Get well Soon. Best wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
