What Could Lumpy White Discharge In Urine Mean?

While i was peeing, i noticed three pea size lumps of white discharge had dropped into the toilet, ive had a fishy odor for the past 4 days. and just got off antibiotics for a possible UTI. my husband and i have been trying to get pregnant, my period ended the 11th of this month and we ve been doing the deed everyday since then. Could i have an STD or could i possibly be pregnant? i would like to know what your ideas are before i take another pregnancy test, i just dont want to be let down anymore.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Lumpy white discharge could be WBC casts.
2. You need to get a repeat urine microscopy, as infection appears to be persistent.
3. Urine culture and sensitivity is necessary for appropriate antibiotic treatment. Good hydration and blueberry and cranberry juice will helpful in resisting infections.
4. Not possibly pregnant. If you are, need appropriate antibiotics, so not to cause fetal damage. Get the pregnancy test done, before starting on antibiotics.
