What Could Mass Like Lumps In Vocal Fold Suggest?

hello! my friend is 30 years old, and she is a singer. she is having voice problem lately. and from a videostroboscopic exam at an ENT its found that she got an exuberant amount of cauliflower-like thing distributed over her left vocal fold.. it seems like there is blood over that nasty thing.. could I know what kind of problems she may have?

hello, thanks for your query, singers, teachers, politicians, hawkers strain their voice , where micro trauma with non inflammatory changes occurs and forms nodule or polyp absolute voice rest, steam inhalation,speech therapy can be tries in initial days , in persistent cases surgery may required. all the best. take care.
