Hallow Dear, When you passed the clots, have you noticed any white tissue being passed? it denotes that the products of conception have been expelled out. Still if you have got any doubt, you can confirm the complete expulsion of the products by ultrasonography. If there are any products, they will have to be removed by surgical evacuation. However, I see a minimal possibility of this considering the amount of bleeding you had and that now the bleeding has stopped. It is advisable to have a follow up visit to the Obstetrician 7 days after the medical termination of pregnancy. Nausea you are experiencing may be related to the cramps you are having post terminations. For few days these cramps are welcome since they make the uterus contract and control the bleeding. Some pain killer and antacids will help you. The breast symptoms are hormones related, particularly increased levels of progesterone.
