What Could Moveable Lump Under The Skin Of Collar Bone Indicate?
Hello, about two months ago I found a lump under my skin on my right collar bone. It s painless and I can move it a little bit. It has gotten me a little worried but I hate going to the doctors for pointless problems. I am not sure how long it had been there and never had anything of the sorts before. I am wondering if I should consult my doctor.
Hi! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
It might not be possible to opine on the lump without a physical examination of the same. I would advise you to consult a general surgeon in your area, who could examine you and along with any related investigations like an FNAC would be able to diagnose it and suggest the treatment. Till then, I would advise you not to fiddle with the lump as it could infected by this.
I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. I wish you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
